Chinese Pork Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Pork--cubed
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 C. celery, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 C. uncooked long grain rice
- 4 Tbs. soy sauce
Directions
Brown meat in small amount of oil. Add green pepper, onion, celery- sauté until onion is translucent. Mix all ingredients, place in casserole dish, and bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
