Ingredients

  • 1 C. brown rice, boiled
  • 3/4 C. red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 6-7 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small piece of ginger, grated
  • 1 T. white vinegar
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. green chili sauce
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 T. minced scallion leaves

Directions

Take out a wok and heat the oil on high heat. Stir fry the ginger, garlic, and onions for 1-2 minutes, or until the onions are translucent. Add the red cabbage and salt. Stir fry and saute the ingredients for 3-5 minutes, or until almost cooked. Add the vinegar, green chili sauce, pepper, and rice and thoroughly combine the ingredients. Garnish with scallion leaves and serve.
