Ingredients
- 1/4 C. peanut oil
- 1 onion, shredded
- 1/2 lb. cooked lean pork, cut in strips
- 1 sweet red pepper, cut in strips
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 C. cooked spaghetti
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion for 3 minutes. Add the pork, pepper and bean shoots and cook for 6 minutes. Add the soy sauce and seasoning. Add the cooked spaghetti and stir-fry until hot.
