The Chipotle BBQ sauce is hard to find and when you do find it, it is expensive. I make my own. I like a little ZING to my sauce and some call this sauce hot. So I guess you need to go by your own taste. Me, I like it smoking …

Ingredients

  • 4 bottles of any .79 sauce (Hunts makes 4 of them)
  • 1 lg. can chipotle chili
  • 1 lg. sweet onion
  • handful garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbs. red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbs. chipotle chili powder
  • 2 Tbs. liquid smoke
  • 1 lg. jar raspberry preserves

Directions

Dump all ingredients into a food processor until smooth.
