Chipotle Chicken Panini
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 8 slices bread
- 8 tsp. chipotle sauce
- 1 C. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Cut chicken in half. Brush each bread slice with olive oil. Add chicken, spinach leaves, chipotle sauce and cheese in sandwich. Press panini for 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken is firm in center. Cook other sandwiches.
