Chipotle Key Lime Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 canned chipotle Chile, minced (or more to taste)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 1 Tbs. adobo sauce (from canned chipotles)
- 3 Tbs. freshly squeezed Key lime juice
- 2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 C. olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the oil in a bowl and mash with the back of a fork to combine. Slowly whisk in the oil to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add additional minced chipotles if you like more "heat".
