Chipotle-Lime Grilled Corn On The Cob
Serving Size / Yield
- 6 ears corn, in their husks
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- Juice of 3 limes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the corn in their husks until they begin to blacken. In a small bowl mix together butter, lime, salt and pepper. Once cooled, pull back the husks on the corn, and cover the corn with the butter mixture.
