Chocolate Almond Ganache Cream

Ingredients
- 1/3 C. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 6 Tbs. whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp. almond essence
Directions
Break chocolate into small pieces and melt in a saucepan with the butter and cream until thick. Flavor with almond essence and leave to cool in refrigerator. Fill into chocolate cups using a pastry bag fitted with a rosette tube.
