  • 2 ½ C. all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 C. dark chocolate
  • 3 ½ Tbs. butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 3 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Line muffin pan with paper cups
In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy
Add eggs, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and milk and combine
Fold in strawberries and chocolate (melted or chopped, depending if you want chunks or swirls)
Pour into cups and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden
