Chocolate Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf whole wheat honey bread
- 1 1/2 C. brownie truffle baking mix
- 2 1/2 C. whole milk
Directions
Cut crusts of bread and cube bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Toss in a 8x8 inch lightly greased pan and arrange it evenly around the pan. Combine milk and brownie mix and stir well until dissolved. Pour mixture over bread and lightly press down bread so they're soaked through. Set pan aside and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover pan tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. When done, remove pan from oven and let cool for 15 minutes, allowing bread pudding to set. Serve warm.
