  • Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Flour- 1 ½ cups
  • Unsalted butter- 4 ounce
  • Sea salt- ¼ tsp
  • 2 eggs
  • Light brown sugar- 1 cup
  • Vanilla- 1 tsp
  • Yogurt- ½ cup
  • Cocoa powder- 3 tbsp
  • Milk- 2 tbsp
  • powdered sugar, for dusting
  • fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, chopped for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine baking powder, cocoa, flour, and salt and put aside. Add vanilla, butter, and brown sugar in a separate bowl. Stir and add one egg at a time. Beat and stir well. Add the flour mixture, the milk and the yogurt. Beat well. Place into 9-inch cake pan and bake for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool, and top with powdered sugar and fresh berries.
