Chocolate Candy
Ingredients
- 2 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. cocoa
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1 C. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C. quick rolled oats
- 1 C. coconut (you can't taste but it adds consistency)
Directions
Lightly grease 13x9 inch pan. In large saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat as soon as it comes to a boil. Add peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Stir in oats and coconut. Pour into prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
Makes 36 bars.
