  • 4 Tbs. flour
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • 1 Tbs. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 drop almond extract
  • 2 Tbs. mini chocolate chips
  • chocolate chips, garnish
  • caramel sauce, garnish

Use a paper towel and extra oil to lightly grease the inside of the mug. Mix all the dry ingredients with a fork in the mug. Add the wet ingredients and mix. Mix in the chocolate chips. Microwave the mug on high for 100 seconds. Carefully remove the cake from the microwave and top with caramel or more chocolate chips, if desired.
