  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Evenly grease a 9x9 inch baking pan; set aside.

In a large bowl, add in the cocoa powder, flour and sugar; mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter and eggs.

Gradually add the egg mixture into the flour mixture. Stir well until everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan. Spread evenly and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the brownie mix.

Bake for 25-35 minutes and let it cool for an extra 5 minutes.

Cut into squares and serve with your choice of ice cream.
