Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 C. cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 C. milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 C. rolled oats
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 C. milk
  • 1/4 C. cooking oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 oz. pkg. fresh raspberries
  • 1/3 C. walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk milk, oil and egg in another bowl. Add to flour mixture. Stir until moistened. Fold in raspberries and walnuts. Pour batter in greased muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place on rack to cool.
