Chocolate Éclair Cake
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 box French vanilla instant pudding
- 1 box chocolate fudge instant pudding
- 1 8-oz. whipped topping
- 1 envelope chocolate fudge
Layer a 13x9-inch pan with graham crackers. Mix 1 box pudding, according to the directions on box and fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping completely. Spread over first layer of crackers. Layer another layer graham crackers. Mix second box of pudding and fold in rest of whipped topping. Spread over second layer of crackers. Add 1 more layer of graham crackers. If you want, refrigerate first, and then frost with chocolate frosting.
