Chocolate Coated Frozen Bananas

- 6 large bananas, halved and peeled
- 1 C. chocolate, melted
- ½ C. peanuts, chopped
Stick a popsicle stick in the bananas and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Freeze the bananas for an hour or so. Melt the chocolate and dip the bananas in. roll them in the nuts and reline them on the parchment paper. Freeze the bananas once more for 30 minutes to an hour and enjoy!
