Chocolate Covered Almond Bites

- 1 square unsweetened chocolate
- 2/3 C. sweetened, condensed milk
- 2 C. chopped almonds
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate in double boiler pan over hot water. When smooth, pour in condensed sweetened milk. Stir. Add almonds, vanilla and stir. Drop batter from teaspoon on greased sheet. Sprinkle cropped almonds on top. Bake for 15 minutes in oven.
