Chocolate Cream Pie
- 1/3 C. packed cornstarch
- 1 C. sugar
- 3 C. milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips, or butterscotch chips, or peanut butter chips, or white chocolate chips, or any flavor you prefer
- 1 regular purchased graham cracker, or other cookie crust.
Mix cornstarch and sugar. Stir in the milk and beat in egg yolks. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir, then microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir. Continue to microwave in 1-minute increments until thick. Remove from microwave and beat in the chocolate chips. Pour into the crust of your choice, refrigerate until cool, and cut and top with cool whip or whatever whipped topping you prefer.
