Instead of chocolate chip cookies, bake these sweet chocolate crinkle cookies. They're just as easy, and maybe even tastier!

Ingredients

1/2 C. Mazola corn oil
4 4-oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 C. confectioner’s sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix Mazola, chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well-mixed. Add vanilla, and stir in salt, flour and baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into confectioner’s sugar. Roll around and shape into a ball. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
