Chocolate-Filled Pastry Cups

- 1 pkg puff pastry, preferably pre-formed bite sized pastry cups
- 2 C. semi-sweet baking chocolate chips, melted
- 1 handful Pirouline cookies or other garnish
Set out parchment paper on baking sheet. Spread out puff pastry cups an inch or two apart from one another. Take melted chocolate (from stove, let bake for 3-5 minutes - DO NOT allow it to boil) and fill in the pastry cups. Top with Pirouline cookie or any other garnish of choice. Let chill in the fridge overnight.
