Chocolate Fudge in the Microwave
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 stick of margarine
- 1 box of powdered sugar
- 1/4 C. of milk
- 10 Large or 1 C. miniature marshmallows
- 6 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Melt margarine in microwave. Add confectioners’ sugar, milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir and pour into pan to cool. You can use different size pans depending on the thickness of the fudge you prefer. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Once fudge has set, use paper towels to blot excess margarine from fudge.
