Serving Size / Yield
- 12 ounces bitter sweet chocolate finely chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 table spoon dark rum, optional
Heat the cream in medium heat until it is about to boil.
Transfer the heated cream in a bowl of the bitter sweet chocolate and leave it for 3 minutes.
Afterwards stir the mixture where the chocolate will evenly melt due to the hot cream. Make sure it becomes a smooth paste.
Stir in the dark rum.
Allow it to cool and ready to be served.
