Chocolate Lover Chocolate Lava Cake

- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoons of Vanilla
- 6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions
Using a microwavable bowl, place 1 cup of the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the butter and microwave for 2 minutes. When the chocolate chips and butter are melted, mix them together until they are well combined.
Then, add in the powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth. Incorporate the eggs and egg yolks and stir until it is nicely combined. Add vanilla and flour into the batter and give it a good stir.
Using a Pyrex bowl, spray with the bowl with baking spray and pour the batter into the bowl. Be sure to place the trivet into the instant with 1 cup of water. Add a few extra chocolate chips to each lava cake, and then place the Pyrex bowl filled with batter on top of the trivet. Set the instant pot on “manual high pressure” for 9 minutes.
After the 9 minutes are up, be sure to do a quick release. Remove the Pyrex from the instant and carefully place the cake upside down on a plate. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
