Chocolate Marshmallow Haystacks

If you love coconut, you'll love this creamy, coconut creation.

Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz. package softened cream cheese
  • 2 Tbs. milk
  • 2 C. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 3 C. miniature marshmallows
  • Flaked coconut

Directions

Beat together cream cheese and milk until well blended; gradually beat in powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir in chocolate; fold in marshmallows. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into flaked coconut. Toss until well coated. Place on cookie sheet; chill until firm.

Yield: 4 dozen
