Chocolate Marshmallow Haystacks
Ingredients
- 1 3-oz. package softened cream cheese
- 2 Tbs. milk
- 2 C. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4-tsp. vanilla
- 1/8-tsp. salt
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 3 C. miniature marshmallows
- Flaked coconut
Directions
Beat together cream cheese and milk until well blended; gradually beat in powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir in chocolate; fold in marshmallows. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into flaked coconut. Toss until well coated. Place on cookie sheet; chill until firm. Makes 4 dozen.
