Satisfy your chocolate cravings with this low cholesterol, low fat and low sodium drink.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 heaping scoop of Simply Soy Soy Protein Shake, Chocolate Mousse
  • 1/2 C. vanilla yogurt (optional)
  • 6 oz. water
  • 1/2 C. crushed ice

Directions

Blend above ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Serve.
