Chocolate Orange Fondue

- 4 ounces of good quality semi sweet or bitter chocolate, broken in to small pieces
- 1 teaspoon orange flavoring
- 1 pinch of orange zest
- 2 tablespoons of any popular orange liqueur
- ½ teaspoons of good quality espresso coffee granules
In a large microwave bowl, tip in the chopped chocolate and microwave on high till melted. If you are using the stove, place the pan in a double boiler and simmer till melted.
Add the cream, liqueur, zest, and granules and mix well till combined.
Pour the smooth mixture into a fondue pot over a low flame and set aside till required. Serve with dipping ingredients and long fondue forks with optional sprinkles.
