Chocolate Peanut Butter Clusters

This no-bake cookie just chill in the fridge before it's ready for consumption. Super-easy to throw together and might tasty too!

  • 1 23 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 C. oven toasted rice cereal
  • 1 C. peanuts

In top of double boiler, melt morsels over boiling water; stir in sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and peanuts. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper lined baking sheets; chill 2 hours or until firm. Store at room temperature in loosely covered container.

Yield: 2 lb. or 48 candies

  • There isn't any Peanut Butter in this recipe. Maybe add 1/2 cup to melted choc. then proceed with recipe. Maybe even 1/4th cup just to make it taste better.
