Chocolate Plunge

For a homemade chocolate fondue to dip strawberries, pretzels, bread, and much more, try this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 C. light corn syrup
  • ½ C. whipping cream
  • 1 package (8 oz.) semi sweet chocolate or use 2 packages (4 oz. each) German sweet chocolate

Directions

Microwave corn syrup and cream in large microwave bowl on HIGH 1 ½ minutes or until mixture comes to boil. Stir in chocolate until completely melted. Serve warm as a dip with fresh fruit, cookies or pretzels.

Makes 1 ½ C.
