  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 C. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 (8 oz) container raspberry yogurt
  • fresh mint leaves, garnish
  • fresh raspberries, garnish

Microwave the chocolate on medium for 1-2 minutes or until melted, stirring twice in between. Stir in the milk, vanilla, and peppermint extract. On high, microwave the chocolate mixture until it is bubbling, approximately 2-3 minutes, stirring twice in between. Let it cool completely. Fold the yogurt and all but 1/4 C. of the whipping cream, into the cooled chocolate mixture. Pour into individual servings, top with whipped cream, mint leaves, and raspberries.
