Ingredients

  • 1 store bought piecrust
  • ½ C. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 C. raspberry jam
  • 1 C. whipping cream
  • 2 C. fresh raspberries
  • 18 oz. carton of mascarpone cheese
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 T. raspberry liqueur

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Bake the piecrust for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the mascarpone cheese with the powdered sugar and the semi-sweet chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in the raspberry liqueur. In an electric mixer, whisk the whipping cream. Combine both mixtures. Spread the mixture into the piecrust. Melt the raspberries jam in the microwave. Remove from microwave. Add in the fresh raspberries. Top the mixture over the chocolate. Serve with shaved almonds and enjoy.
