Chocolate Rum Sprinkle Balls
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate pieces
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate pieces
- 1 stick butter, cut into small pieces
- 4 C powdered sugar
- 2 Tbs dark rum
Combine Chocolate pieces in a bowl and melt in a metal bowl over a pot of simmering water. Whisk butter, sugar and rum in.
Roll the chocolate mixture into small balls, Roll them in a bowl of sprinkles until they are fully coated.
