  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 4 oz bittersweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 stick butter, cut into small pieces
  • 4 C powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbs dark rum
  • Sprinkles

Combine Chocolate pieces in a bowl and melt in a metal bowl over a pot of simmering water. Whisk butter, sugar and rum in.
