  • 1/3 Cup Powder Sugar
  • 6 Oz Melted Chocolate
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 6 egg whites

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a baking dish and dust with powdered sugar. Combine cooled melted chocolate, eggs yolks, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Next, beat the eggs whites in a separate bowl. Add 1/3 cup of powdered sugar and beat. Once this mixture is whipped well begin to combine slowly with the chocolate mixture. Add just a little at a time. Mix this well and then pour into the buttered baking dish. Bake for about 25 minutes and finish off with a dust of powdered sugar on top.
