  • 1 package of cake mix
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T. 2% milk
  • 4 T. reduced-fat butter
  • ⅓ C. chocolate chips
  • ½ C. sprinkles

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the milk, butter, and egg together, once the mixture is smooth add the rest of the dry ingredients to it. Place the batter into a plastic bag and cut the corner off. Use the batter to fill each donut space about ½ full and bake for about 7 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter and sugar with the chocolate chips over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Remove the donuts from the oven and place each mini donut out of the pan. Add the melted chocolate on top and drizzle them with sprinkles.
