Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. caramel candies, melted
  • 1 C. chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla
  • 2 C. whipped topping
  • Toppings:
  • Caramel Sauce
  • 1 C. chocolate covered espresso beans

Directions

In a small bowl, beat 1 pkg. of cream cheese and 1/2 C. sugar on medium speed. Add 1/2 Tbs. vanilla and caramel. Beat 30 seconds. Add 1 C. whipped topping and beat until light and fluffy. Repeat the same steps with remaining filling ingredients for chocolate filling except substitute the caramel with chocolate chips. Layer two fillings in small cups. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with espresso beans and serve.
