Chocolate Waffle Cookies

Try this creative cookie the bakes in a waffle iron instead of an oven!

Ingredients

  • 2 squares or 6 Tbs. cocoa
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 C. flour

Directions

Melt butter and chocolate together. Mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla together and add chocolate mixture. Fold in flour. Drop by spoonful on hot waffle iron. Close and bake for one minute. Remove and cool. I dust with powdered sugar when the cookies cool.
