Chocolate Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 C. heavy cream
- 3 Tbs. Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 3 Tbs. powdered sugar
Directions
In a bowl, with an electric mixer on high speed, whip cream until slightly thickened. Sift cocoa powder and powdered sugar over cream and whip gently until cream holds soft peaks. Use immediately or cover and chill up to 2 hours.
Makes about 2 C. or 8 servings.
