  • 1 ½ sticks butter, melted
  • 1 ½ C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. cocoa powder
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 C. caramel sauce
  • 1 C. salted walnuts
  • ½ C. salted pecans

Fit a long piece of aluminum foil to the bottom of your slow cooker, then spray with canola oil. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, and salt. When they are completely mixed, stir in the eggs, followed by the cocoa powder, and mix until completely incorporated. Add in the flour, making sure no flour is visible, but do not over mix. Fold in the pecans and ½ cup of the walnuts. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared crockpot, then top with ½ cup of caramel sauce and the rest of the walnuts. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2 ½ hours, then remove the lid, drizzle on the rest of the caramel sauce and cook, uncovered, for 30 more minutes.
