Choice Yummy Corn Casserole Recipe

Corn baked with an irresistible combination of butter, cream cheese, and garlic. Every time I make this for other people, they ask for the recipe.

  • 2 (16 oz.) packages frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp. white sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cook corn according to package directions. Drain water, and then mix in butter, cream cheese, garlic, sugar, salt, and parsley. Spoon into a casserole dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
