Chops and Beans
Ingredients
- Baked Bean (recipe)
- 2 l-lb cans pork & beans
- 1/2 C. ketchup
- 2 slices bacon, browned and crumbled
- 1/2 C. chopped onion, sauteed (sm. onion)
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 C. firmly packed brown sugar
- 4-6 pork chops
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1/4 C. ketchup
- 1 lemon
Directions
Combine first six (6) ingredients in crockpot or use canned baked beans. Brown chops in skillet. In separate bowl, mix mustard, brown sugar and ketchup. Brush chops with sauce, then carefully place in crockpot. putting a slice of lemon on each chop. Submerge in beans. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
