  • 4 pkg. ramen instant noodles
  • 1/4 C. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. ginger, grated
  • 6 large garlic cloves
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 C. French green beans
  • 3 red chili peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Prepare noodles according to package directions. Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add ginger and garlic cloves. The add remaining ingredients except for soy sauce. Saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Pour in soy sauce. Add noodles. Stir-fry for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
