  • 1 1/2 C. graham crackers
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1/4 C. margarine, melted
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 C. crushed hard peppermint candy
  • 3 drops red food coloring
  • 2 C. whipping cream

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. For crust, mix crumbs, sugar and margarine in a small bowl. Press mixture on bottom of 8-inch pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Then add in milk. Stir in crushed candy and food coloring. Fold in whipped cream. Place mixture on top of crumbs and refrigerate overnight.
