  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 C. flour
  • 1 C. pecans, finely chopped
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, use a mixer to cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Mix in flour until combined and stir in pecans. Spoon dollops of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into crescents. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until bottom are golden. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
