  • ½ cup of light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 can of premade cinnamon rolls
  • Icing:
  • 2 cups of confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9 inch square pan.
In the same square pan, mix together the brown sugar and melted butter. Add in the pecans.
Place the premade cinnamon rolls dough onto the pecan-butter mixture. Be sure to separate the dough into 5 rolls.
Bake the rolls in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown. Once the rolls are finished baking, let them cool for 5 minutes. Place a heatproof serving plate upside down onto the pan. Turn the plate and pan over.
Let the pan remain as it is for 1 minute so that the caramel can drizzle of the rolls.
Mix together the confectioners’ sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Slowly add the milk and give a good stir to create a thick glaze.
Pour the icing on to the cooled rolls.
