- 2 C. fresh cranberries, grind then measure
- 2 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and sliced, about 2 C. sliced
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 5 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 bottle Certo
Combine cranberries, strawberries, lemon juice and sugar in a large pan. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir in Certo. Boil hard for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir and skim for 5 minutes. Pour in jelly jars and seal. Process with hot water method. The recipe can be doubled, using whole bottle of Certo. Use a larger pan.
