Christmas Leftover Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 3 lb. leftover meat
- 2 C. leftover veggies (if no leftover veggies, use 3 bell peppers)
- 1 onion
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 3 C. rice or chow mein noodles, prepared per package
- 2 C. teriyaki sauce
- 2 C. cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbs. oil

Directions
Sautee peppers, onion and mushrooms together. Once the veggies begin sweating, add the leftover meat and warm through. Remove from heat. For the rice or noodles, take drippings from leftover meat and fry. Add the stir fry mix into the rice or noodles when the noodles begin to turn golden brown. Toss in the teriyaki sauce and cranberry sauce and cook until warm.
