This has been a Christmas morning treat in our house for many years. Because you can make it the night before, it is perfect for Christmas.

  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 C. biscuit baking mix
  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 13x9 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered in 350-degree oven for 1 hour.

  • Sounds easy and good and will feed about four? I am keeping this one. It reminds me of the Bisquick Breakfast ideas also, which are always good.
