Christmas Tree Cake!
Serving Size / Yield
- 3-4 boxes red velvet cake mix
- 1 container cream cheese icing
- green food coloring
- red raspberries
- sugar paste - green leaves and star
- yellow decorating sugar
- cake pans ( 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4"x 2" - use varying sizes to give shape of a Christmas tree)
Prepare red velvet cake in varying size cake pans according to box mix or recipe. Add cream cheese icing between layers. Roll sugar gum paste and color with green food coloring. Stamp with holly leaf cutter. Ice the entire cake with green cream cheese icing and add in the leaves. Add in raspberries and pecans for decoration and sprinkle with yellow sugar. Place a star at the top.
