This Christmas turkey tastes wonderful and falls off the bone. My family always has me bring the turkey for the holidays.

  • 1 lg. turkey
  • 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 stick butter

Wash turkey salt inside and out. Sprinkle inside with garlic powder. Stuff fresh rosemary under skin. Cut butter in cubes and stuff under skin. Put remaining rosemary in cavity. Turn breast down and cover with foil and lid and bake at 250 degrees for 10 hours.
